When importing cars, you should know the following.
It is impossible for us to be familiar with the import laws of every country, therefore we kindly request you look into the following or talk to one of our friendly staff.

Vehicle inspection requirements
Emission regulations / requirements
Steering requirements（LHD/RHD）
Your port of discharge
Import duties

: Search and select the car you wish to purchase from our stock list.
(⇒ STOCK LIST) When you find the car from our stock list,
⇒ Submit your information and comments from the tradecarview site.
Or, inform us of your requirements via e-mail or from our inquiries page When you can not find a car from our stock list,
⇒ Provide details of the car you are looking for via e-mail or from our inquiries page
※ One of our representatives will contact you by telephone or e-mail.

: Notify ABC of international commercial terms from the following.
1) FOB (Free on Board)　・・・・Declared value of stock list
2) C&F (Cost and Freight) ・・・Most Comomn
3) CIF (Cost Insurance and Freight) ・・・Regulated depending on the country.

Please confirm the credit terms.
1) ABC will only accept a T/T(Telegraphic Transfer) of 100% amount of the purchase price.
2) Payment must be made within 3 business days.
※ Following agreement of the above conditions & price, we proceed to the next step.

: ABC will send you the following 2 documents by fax or e-mail (PDF) as soon as possible in order to conclude an official agreement.
1) Pro-forma Invoice
2) Sell/buy Contract
※ ABC will contact you via telephone or e-mail to confirm the above documents. Please sign both of these and return them to us by fax or e-mail at your earliest convenience.
※ Once we have received both of the above documents from you, the car will be held and you will be contacted via telephone or e-mail by an ABC representative.

: At this point, you will be required to transfer the full purchase price to our bank account on the following credit terms.
1) T/T(Telegraphic Transfer)・・・(L/C（Letter of Credit) negotiable.)
2) JPY(Japanese Yen)・・・(Please ask if you wish to pay in another currency)
3) 100% lump sum ・・(50% as advance & 50% after shipment will be negotiable.)
4) Payment will be required within 3 days of conclusion of the purchase agreement.
※ Following confirmation of payment, ABC will make arrangements for shipment of the car to you.

: ABC will check the shipping schedule, provide you with the following information and send you a Shipping Instruction sheet by fax or e-mail.
1) Departure date
2) Scheduled time of arrival
3) Name of the ocean vessel

Once the shipping arrangements have been finalized, ABC will send you copy of the B/L by fax or E-Mail (PDF). The following documents will then be forwarded to you by EMS/FedEx/DHL.
1) B/L(Bill of Lading)・・・・This is very important for you to receive your car.
2) INVOICE
3) Export certificate
4) Ｉnspection certificate・・・Necessity of an inspection certificate will depend on the country of final destination.
5) Marine insurance policy (only CIF)

: Your car will be shipped to the arranged port destination
You will require documents sent by ABC to ensure receipt of your car.
※ It would be greatly appreciated if you would contact ABC to confirm the safe arrival of your car.
